10 Russian Twists, on each side (Hold something weighted if possible)
10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (hold a backpack / water jug / Walmart bag with a couple cans / anything else you can be creative with:)
*Russian Kettlebell Swings are only to eye level, don’t go overhead
