Happy Saturday! Hey guys just a reminder we have open gym today from 9AM to NOON. Please stop by at any time to workout!

ALSO, we are hosting a memorial WOD for a sweet lady Karen and her son Johnny who were killed recently. The workout will start at 10AM at Rugged CrossFit 702. These 2 were sadly taken from us and left behind a young girl, Bryelle. We are asking all those who can to donate $5 to help this young girl at this time!
